DPx Holdings B.V., owned by JLL Partners and Royal DSM, has completed its acquisition of Gallus BioPharmaceuticals, a contract manufacturer specializing in biologics. DPx is the parent company of Patheon, DSM Fine Chemicals and Banner Life Sciences.
